    Sharon Fruit is a variety of persimmon that can be enjoyed in the crunchy semi-ripe stage or soft ripe stage. This sweet seedless fruit is orange-red in colour with green calyx, and resembles an acorn or tomato in shape. The skin has a waxy finish.
